All That Glitters.....

Spent the last hour catching "The City" ...damn how annoying can Oliver be eh! yes yes i know..itz only a show...but still! man i reckon i probably slap her if she were telling me all those stuffz eh! irritating! Beauty is not everything eh! come on! and yes again..i know itz only a show..but its a reality show..so itz pretty close to reality for them...and people like Oliver do exist! I just hope i never meet someone like her..or eh actually i think i did already...haha damn..this show is bringing out the worst in me tonight eh..funny how a simple show can bring out all these emotions..brought back memories of my bad experiences with.............. i guess shez not worth the mention....Alright time for bed! I should get all these negative ions out of my head....

Down to my 3rd disc of Lipstick Jungle Season 2! man...i really dont wanna just finish the whole season in one day...would be nice to spread it over a few days..to enjoy it slowly..but yet i cant bear to not watch it now...Lindsay Price..shez so pretty...a pity they cut the show after season 2...itz really pretty good! i would so love to walk down the streets at New York..Central Park...whenz my chance coming? oh wells...
Anyways got my nights booked for the next few nights..got my daily night dates with my couch and dvds! Dan also got me my fave Beveryl Hills 90210 season 6! cant wait to get started on them eh! exciting!

Sent Dan off at the airport early this morning...sad to see him leave...but eh! hes gonna be back this coming Friday again! cant wait to see him! Friday just 4 days away! and yeah!! hez thinking of extending his trip by another day too! Had an awesome day just walking down Orchard...shopping....amazing how we managed to spend almost 400 bucks in just 1 afternoon..he got me a new dress..sweet..and i absolutely love it! =p. Pigged out quite a bit..had prata, mutabak, roti john, mee goreng and laksa with my mum and sis for brunch, followed by more snacks over at Ion....and dinner with the usual suspects over at SunSet Bar and Grill..pretty interesting how they got so many level of spiciness for their buffalo wings..well we settled for Level 1...it was pretty spicy already....i guess you gotta be superhuman to be able to go all the way up level 10 eh! Drinks after over at Pasir Ris Park...Mid Summer Night Breeze or was it Mid Night Summer Breeze? *grins* Hey guys..i'm really glad we did that last night! Yes Leen! Chor! Hugs! same to the guys..but i know they probably will not read this entry..
 

I miss him already!

Life sucks when you have no cravings for food...haha.seriously...walked around the foodcourt today during lunch...but somehow i just didnt know wat to get..had absolutely no cravings..ended up with a tuna sandwich... the guys bought me my favourite lava cake from starbucks..hoping that it would work some magic for me...but it didnt..i took half and i was sick of it already...Spend an hour working around the supermart after gym...there was absolutely nothing that i wanted..ummm...ended up going home with a pack of frozen pasta....damn...carbs! of all things...man! i wanna crave for food...just crave...this "craveless-ness" is making me moody....man cant believe i just typed all this crap but its true....

oh wells...on the side, itz finally Friday yet again! Danielz coming sat morning! gonna start counting down by the hours now.... =p

All booked up for Jean and my short trip to Bkk! Shopping and more shopping! Cant wait to indulge in all the tiny little ear rings, bracelets and wat sorts...and of course dresses! =p Wish my mum could come with us too...oh wells..theres still time to persuade her slowly..i pray.. but yeah i'm really excited! Yeah!

I'm super excited too cos Danielz coming by Singapore this Sat for a one day stop over trip and another sat next week on his way back from HK. And I will be heading down under yet again two weeks later to see him! man! itz been 2 months since we last saw each other! I miss him lots!!! Not forgetting Stereosonic! Dan just called to say he got the tick for me already! 

I'm even more excited cos Christmas is round the corner!!!! my favourite time of the year! Followed by Jean's 21st Birthday! =p

So much to be excited for...i pray that alls things will be good..=p

The one and only downer is my toothache! Take it away please!

Did a little midweek shopping...got Dan a pen...yes a pen! =p He wanted one so he gonna get it! for being such a sweetie to me! *grins*
Got myself a pair of running shoes too with the vouchers i got for my birthday..yea! finally! i so need some running shoes badly...too bad they ran out of the model i had in mind...but oh wells...pretty fruitful..got all that i wanted... =p

Been having weird cravings for food lately...tuna mayo sandwich, luncheon meat..m&m chocolates?!?! man my appeitite is definitely back! damn! guess i just need to hit the gym more now! A week away from gym leaves me feeling lazier than ever..sigh...well hopefully my new pair of running shoes will bring me brand new motivation to do my cardio once again! haha..

So yeah Kaixian invited us over for a bbq by his pool...man..amazing! really beautiful house...with a rooftop jacuzzi!!!! ahhh...man why didnt i bring my bathers along!!! Crabs, cocktail prawns, satay chicken wings..shepherd's pie...we had it all! =D 









 

So yes...finally..my post on Bangkok! Our first trip together ..together in a foreign land...eventful..floating market, eleohant rides...mauy thai fight...and yes of course..shopping!!! Got myself a couple of new dresses...from this particular shop that i was searching for! Bangkok...it seems just like singapore..just a much dirtier version? so dusty everywhere! probably friendlier? simpler people.....

The weekend flew by so fast....if only i could turn back time..back to my sunday at the beach..so chill and relaxing...itz as if the world just stopped moving..no stress, no worries..just the sea, the sand and us enjoying the awesome music at cafe del mar and puddling around in the sea...man...GIVE ME BACK MY SUNDAY!!!

Dinner with Gab tonight...5 star chicken rice + ang ku kueh....yum yum! bought a box of mini nonya dumplings home too...man pig out session!!! good bye to my weekend of gyming...but i guess..nuthins wrong with pampering yourself with work once in a while right....ummm...right.....self-convincing doesnt seem to be any effective at times...like now!!! man i need some major working out tomorrow!

Down with throat inflamation..sigh...woke up feeling all groggy and weird...man i hate this feeling..hate waiting at the clinic..it was like i was dying but i still had a wait an hour before it was finally my turn!!! ahhhhh...feeling slightly better now that i m finally in the comfort of my bed..not battling the rain outside anymore..and having popped down 6 pills...i better be fine! well i'm glad its not h1N1 anyways..haha...noo i cant get quarantine! i wanna go Bangkok!!!!! so yeah...leaving in another 10 more days! cant hardly wait!

So yes..the weekend been pretty eventful..caught the movie Transformers twice...Friday and Sunday..felt asleep half way though the movie on Sunday though...not that it was boring..just really tiring seeing all the action all over again for 2.5 hours...haha...Managed to catch up with the folks from RBC too..joined them in their company's movie day (Transformers) ...man 5 months since i left..all the familiar faces...and yes they still remember me!!!! *grins*

Saturday Night - Dragonflying with the girls..a night of drama...wassup with people getting into fights in clubs eh! this time it was big, even switched on the lights and stopped the music. The moment the lights came up it was evolution! everyones exposed...you can see everyone's face clearly and all....*winks* Managed to catch Yiwen in action too! Our long lost primary school friend...hes with the band...
Anyways yeah..the night ended with Hilda and me sitting at Maccers...big breakfast and pancakes!!!

Spent 1 another half hours driving to work this morning!!!!! Flooding on ECP? Was it even raining last night? or did something blast? worst traffic jame ever eh! Even PIE and all the other roads were jam...my car was practically crawling on the road....horrible horrible! I pray that the roads are alright tomorrow....

A weekend spent chilling over at Cafe Del Mar...i'm absolutely in love with the place!
Love the pool...love how we get to jump into it whenever the sun gets too hot! haha...not too big a fan of jumping into the sea instead...thats why...Got ourselves fake tattoos...man know i'm itching for the real thing...should i? maybe just a tiny one... =D










Makan Makan!!! Laguna, Bedok Central, Blk 85....Chicken rice, carrot cake, wanton noddles, laksa, coconut drink, satay, "bar chor mee" sambal sting ray!!! Burger King breakfast, baked pasta at NYDC...we had it all! Totally pigged out! man i'm so craving for more Hokkien Mee already!!! hahaha...

Sooo...it seems as though one weekend had just passed and the next is here again!!
Cant wait to just chill and enjoy the weekend!

Ahhhhhh I reversed my car into a railing! I'm never ever gonna park at Tampines One EVER! man such a big mall , yet such a small carpark! How can it only have one level? Its no wonder why the car park is always full! There is totally insufficient car park! humph!!!! argh! my heart ache for the dent...and for the 300 bucks that i have to pay to get it done up! so much for saving up now!  Just when everything was going well..something like that to happen! Is life really that unfair? Why cant we enjoy the best of both worlds? oh wells...yes i know..wats done is done...no point whining...but  argh..so annoyed at myself...why didnt my car sensor go off too? why??????

Man itz been one really really slow week!
So yea..welcome the weekend with Roy's birthday celebrations over at Dragonfly!
Havent been there in ages!! Still as packed as ever!
2 glasses of my favourite lychee martinis and some mixes each and we were ready to flow to the music.. =D
